PREACHING THE POLITICAL IDEOLOGY

When i think of politics in my home district in Rukungiri, i see politics of color but not ideas. My understanding of the word Ideology is; "the system of ideas that aspire both to explain the world and change it" hence ground developments like Health facilities,Infrastructure upgrades,clean water and electricity for all should speak more than words.

Rukungiri as a District, only needs three fundamental practices (Focus, Dedication and Vision) to rise again. That is the trick that will move us from the mark and mere of lamentation to hard ground of implementation and improvement of the quality of people's lives.

Ideological leaders are meant to create an environment from where people can realize their potential and to provide for them in the critical areas of education and of-course to ensure that there is food and opportunity for young men and women. I believe ideology leadership can take us (Rukungiri District) there. It is from that, I hope in their decision, the people of Rukungiri will see potential aspirants for the right cause.
